How to get rid of white marks off your teeth, i got them after using a at home whiting product?
I just did a whiting product for your teeth and there's white marks on some of my teeth that are really white..... will they go away? is this normal? what the freak am I going to do? is there a way to get rid of them?
It's normal. These sound like white spot lesions. They are areas where the tooth has lost some of the mineral. They are beginnings of cavities.
Whitening treatment will often make these stand out. When I whiten, I have a couple on my teeth but they aren't really visible after about a day later so you have nothing to worry about there.
Cavities on the other hand could become a problem. A good product to help the enamel heal is MI Paste. The best way though is brush thoroughly at least twice a day, limit snacking between meals, and avoid sugars and soda pop. If you do this, they will naturally remineralize and you won't have to worry about cavities.
