Can You play as Greg Oden in NBA Live 2008, and Can you play with all of the Trades that have Happened?

I was wondering if you could play as the injured greg oden in NBA live 2008. Also my friend said that he got the game in Janruary and now he can play with O'neal with the suns and Gasol with the lakers. He said there is an update or something. Is that true, or should I just wait to buy the game next year?
Also, is the game any good for the Wii?

Yes to both. If you go in and manage rosters from the main screen you can set all the rosters to how you want them without having to do trades. Then play your season with it like that and block the computer from making trades so it doesn't mess it up during your season.
