my friend is in a realationship, her sig. other is in another nearby city. he tells her he will relocate when she's ready for a full commitment. she's ready but doesn't know how to convince him that she is.
what are some little things she can do that will make him notice her effort?

If she has to "convince" him then I get the impression he's the one who isn't ready. She should tell him outright, and then the next move is up to him.
