Why when you just start out in grand theft auto san andreas, if you cross the river, you get shot at?
I JUST got the game an hour ago and i used cheats to cross the river, i was shot at and got six stars just for stepping foot on the ground.
Do i just do missions and the cities get unlocked so i can cross the river ???
you have to unlock areas by playing game
